HOW TO BECOME AN INDIGO VIP

(The NEW VIP Loyalty Programme will be effective on May 30, 2026, superseding the previous programme.)

When you spend $2,000 at any Indigo Living store or online within a year, you will be enrolled in our Bronze program for one year. To keep your Bronze benefits, just spend in $2,000 purchase next year. If you don't spend the required amount, you'll lose your Bronze membership, but don't worry - you can always requalify! Plus, if you spend $10,000 or more, we’ll happily upgrade you to Silver status, giving you access to even more exclusive benefits.

When you spend $10,000 at any Indigo Living store or online within a year, you'll join our Silver Program, which is valid for one year. To keep your Silver benefits, just spend $10,000 in the next year. If you don't meet this spend, you'll step out of Silver status, but don't worry—you can always requalify! Plus, if your spending reaches $25,000 or more, we'll happily upgrade you to our Gold membership, where even more exclusive benefits await.

Once your spending hits $25,000, you'll unlock our Gold tier, enjoying a full year filled with special discounts and perks. To continue enjoying Gold benefits, just spend $25,000 each subsequent year. If you don't meet this spend, you'll step out of Gold status, but don't worry—you can always requalify!

Keep in mind, your membership year starts the day you reach a new tier and doesn't align with the regular calendar year. For example, if you enter Bronze membership on May 30, 2026, you'll enjoy Bronze  benefits until May 29, 2027. During that period, just meet the $2,000 spending goal to continue enjoying your Bronze benefits into the next year. 

 

INDIGO ASPIRE GLOSSARY AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

YEAR ROUND DISCOUNT as an Indigo Bronze member you will be entitled to a year-round discount based on your tier. Bronze Members can enjoy 5% off, Silver members can enjoy 10% off and Gold 15% off discount. Discounts are not applicable to sales items, consignment, gift vouchers, service charges or custom made items.

EXCLUSIVE PRE SALE IN-STORE AND ONLINE ACCESS Gold VIPs will receive early bird access to sales both online and in-store.

COMPLIMENTARY DESIGN STUDIO SERVICES Silver and Gold VIPs will be able to enjoy our Indigo Design Studio’s professional interior design and styling services.
Silver members can enjoy a free 1-hour consultation in-store, Gold members can enjoy a 2-hour consultation in-store.
This reward for members are provided for one-time use only upon entry into any new VIP tier.
