Key Responsibilities
1. Specialized Financial Control for Decoration Projects
- Lead full-cycle cost accounting for projects (including material procurement, labor subcontracting, and design changes)
- Develop dynamic early-warning models to monitor gross profit fluctuations in decoration projects
- Optimize cross-border tax structures and plan two-way capital flows between Mainland China and Hong Kong
2. Commercial Contract Risk Management
- Review EPC soft furnishing contract terms
- Lead claim and counterclaim mechanisms

3. Project Compliance System Development

- Design the lifecycle model for construction machinery to reduce equipment wear and tear, and optimize the asset turnover rate of the company.
- Establish an efficient and reliable network of construction machinery suppliers in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, regularly conduct supplier evaluations, selection, and relationship maintenance to optimize supply chain management costs.
- Establish safety standards for the use of machinery on construction sites, collaborate closely with other project teams to regularly organize machinery usage safety training to enhance overall safety awareness and ensure construction safety.
- Develop reasonable machinery usage plans for construction projects when necessary, ensuring proper scheduling of construction machinery to support timely and quality project delivery.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of relevant industry work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in construction chinery supply chain management, machinery rental, or large-scale site equipment management.
- Familiar with the selection, procurement, installation, debugging, quality maintenance, and lifecycle management of construction machinery, with extensive experience in identifying and controlling safety risks associated with machinery usage on construction sites.
- Knowledgeable about construction quality safety indicators and machinery access standards in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, understanding industry policies and regulations, as well as the scheduling processes of large construction machinery.

Educational Background

Requirements
1) More than 10 years of practical experience in Mainland human resources management, including over 3 years of team management experience;
2) Experience in "building an enterprise human resources system from scratch", with preference given to those with cross-industry (energy, industrial services, industrial investment) human resources management or business participation experience;
3) Preference given to those with experience in handling Mainland labor issues and social security payment practices
