Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Participants under the age of eighteen must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when participating and receiving prizes.
2. Design cannot be submitted multiple times.
3. All entries must be original creations of the participants; any violations will lead to automatic disqualification and potential legal action.
4. Judging will be based on creativity, technicality, theme relevance, and overall effect. Final decisions are made by Indigo Living and are not subject to appeal.
5. The winners will be notified on or before 13-5-2026. If the winners cannot be contacted within 30 days of the notification, Indigo Living reserves the right to cancel the prize without prior notice.
6. All submitted works will be considered the exclusive property of Indigo Living, granting the company usage rights that include but are not limited to production, display, and promotion.
7. Indigo Living reserves the right to use winning and participating works in future promotional activities without additional compensation.
8. Indigo Living is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or legal liabilities arising from participation in this competition.
9. All participants must comply with applicable laws and regulations; any legal liability arising from participants’ actions will be their own responsibility.
10. Indigo Living reserves the right to disqualify participants immediately for misconduct or violation of competition rules and retains the right to pursue legal action.
11. The Indigo Living judging panel will assess the feasibility and technical production of entries and maintain final decision-making authority on completed products.
12. Indigo Living reserves the right to modify competition rules, rewards, and cancel the competition at any time without liability.
13. Indigo Living reserves the right to cancel or amend participation eligibility at any time.
14. Participants agree to indemnify Indigo Living against any claims or liabilities arising from their works or participation.
15. Participants assume full responsibility for any legal liabilities arising from their participation, and Indigo Living holds no obligations regarding such liabilities.
16. All participants are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions upon submission of their works.
參賽條款與細則

3. 參賽作品必須為參賽者的原創作品，任何抄襲行為將導致自動取消參賽資格，且可能追究法律責任。

5. 獲獎者將在 13-5-2026 或之前收到通知，若在通知後 30 天內無法聯繫到獲獎者，Indigo Living 有權取消該獎金並不作另行通知。
6. 所有已提交的作品將視為 Indigo Living 所擁有及專有財產，並授予公司對該作品的使用權，包括但不限於製作、展示及宣傳。
7. Indigo Living 以後有權在未來的宣傳活動中使用獲獎和參賽作品，無需另行支付報酬。
8. Indigo Living 對於因參加本比賽而引起的任何直接或間接損失、損害或法律責任不承擔任何責任。
9. 所有參賽者必須遵循適用的法律法規，若因參賽者的行為違法而導致法律責任，參賽者將自行承擔相關後果。
10. 如參賽者出現不當行為或違反比賽規則，Indigo Living 有權立即取消其參賽資格，並保留追求法律責任的權利。
11. Indigo Living 評審會視乎作品的現實可行性及製作的技術性進行研究，並保留成品製作的最終決定權。
12. Indigo Living 保留隨時修改比賽規則、獎金及取消比賽的權利，並無需承擔任何責任。
13. Indigo Living 保留隨時取消或修改參賽資格的權利。
14. 參賽者同意對因其作品或參賽行為引起的任何申索或索賠進行賠償，並使 Indigo Living 免受損害。
15. 參賽者同意對因其參賽行為引起的所有法律責任負全責，Indigo Living 對於此類責任不承擔任何義務。
16. 所有參賽者在提交作品時，即視為已閱讀並同意本條款與細則。
