1. Membership: The membership is valid for two years.

2. Member Discount: Members can enjoy a 25% off discount on retail products year-round. This discount does not apply to sale items, consignment items, gift coupons, service charges, or custom-made products.

3. Design Consultation: Members are entitled to a free new home design consultation, which includes professional interior design advice, space planning, style suggestions, and material choices. Members must contact the company at least three working days in advance to make an appointment.Each consultation lasts for 60 minutes, and members can schedule additional consultations as needed, which may incur extra charges.

 4. Moving Services: When a single purchase exceeds HK$68,000, members can enjoy free moving services. This service is limited to one per owner,regardless of the number of purchases within the membership's validity period. The moving service is applicable only for relocation to Kennedy Bay and will be provided by the company's designated
moving service. Members must contact the company at least ten working days in
advance to schedule the service, and there may be regional restrictions on the
service area. Please confirm specific details with us.

5. After-Sales Service:All retail products purchased during the membership validity period are eligible for after-sales service. Members must provide proof of purchase to access the service. For product quality issues, members may request repair or replacement. However, damages caused by improper use, natural wear and tear, accidents, requests for after-sales service beyond the service period (12 months), or issues caused by unauthorized third-party repairs are not covered by this service.

6. Birthday Coupon: For the member's personal use only and valid during the month of their birthday. The specific amount or discount of the coupon will be determined by the company and may vary. Members must actively request the coupon from customer service during their birthday month and provide identification to verify their identity. Birthday coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts and apply only to designated products or services; late requests will be invalid.

7. This membership may not be used in conjunction with other memberships or additional offers.

8. When using membership privileges, members must present valid identification.

9. Any changes to membership privileges will not be notified separately and will be subject to the company’s final interpretation.

10. The company is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the member's use of membership privileges or delays in service.

11. The company reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel membership terms at any time and will announce such changes through official channels. Members are responsible for keeping themselves informed of any updates.

12. If a member violates the membership terms or engages in inappropriate behavior, the company has the right to terminate their membership and all associated privileges immediately.

13. Members' personal information will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of membership management and service provision.

14. The company is not liable for any service interruptions caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, political turmoil,etc.).

15. The company assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or legal liabilities arising from the membership.

5. 售後服務:所有在會員有效期內購買的零售產品適用於本售後服務。會員需提供購買收據以享受服務。針對產品質量問題，會員可申請維修或更換。然而，因不當使用、自然磨損、事故造成的損壞、超過服務期限(十二個月)或由未經授權的第三方維修造成的問題則不在服務範圍內。
